Workshop or Presentation?

If you have an intact team or a larger group, it may be effective to conduct a workshop to increase interpersonal awareness, build a common language, or showcase a specific skill for development. If you want to inspire, teach or communicate to a group, a presentation may be warranted. Workshops tend to be interactive and may range from an hour to a day; Presentations are usually an hour or less and are used to communicate information or inspire.
