This coaching has helped me immensely in my first years as a principal. It has helped me be more reflective on what I'm doing and how it impacts others. It's also helped me in how I view others. I've become much more confident. Staff and parents have mentioned the change in the way I carry myself. Katherine is an active listener. She asks great questions that get me to think and helps to guide me to the best answers/solutions.

Katherine's coaching was extremely effective. I was reminded of many things I had allowed myself to put aside as I tackle my current challenges and I learned many other things.  Katherine adapted her style quite well depending on the discussion and my reactions to the topics. I don't think she could have done any better with me! 

Katherine was great at helping me to frame the decision-making process as I was trying to decide whether to stay at my current role, or pursue an offer from a headhunter. Our sessions were helpful in that she challenged me to identify, and take action on, tangible steps, and provided accountability. Additionally, the True Tilt Profile assessment she conducted led to some very interesting conversations around where I wanted to be in five years, and what type of role would be most fulfilling. Overall, I found our sessions to be really helpful, as I was navigating a fairly important career decision. Thanks Katherine!

Katherine has been an amazing coach. Amazingly patient. Amazingly insightful. Amazingly inspiring. She has a way of asking questions that really get to the root of my fears and desires in pursuing my professional goals. Her approach allows me to provide myself with clear direction. I have realized that I really need to give attention to how I go about making decisions and just this morning, I thought to myself, “Oh yay! I have a meeting with Katherine next Friday. She can help me explore that!”
